Hotel Nartel - Pristina

The staff was professional and excellent, our room had nice decor and an excellent bathroom for relaxing, and the breakfast was varied and satisfactory with options like meats and cheeses.

I had a rich breakfast with good prices, the food was good. Location: the hotel was just next door to a fantastic garden with beautiful native plants.

The hotel is modern and brand new, well equiped with free and good functioning wifi internet. Staff is friendly. The hotel is well located. Amidst all hotel facilities in Prishtina, this hotel is the best I have experienced. I recommend fully.

The staff here is very friendly and the location is comfortable; we especially enjoyed the varied breakfast options with meats and cheeses.

Bed was excellent, bath well designed, hotel design clean and comfortable, television flat and modern.

Though the restaurant food was good, the service could have been more attentive.

The location is brilliant - probably the closest hotel to the bus station, just under 5 minutes walk away. The customer service was generally very good, and I was given complimentary fruit and drinks during my stay.

Since I was leaving very early (05:30) for a bus, I asked for a packed breakfast to be prepared, and two members of staff conferred to decide this would be fine. However, news of my request did not reach the person on duty in the morning, and the breakfast was not prepared. Thankfully I still had some of the complimentary fruit from the day before!

The peaceful location here was convenient as both Mother Teresa Cathedral and the city center were just a short distance away.

A very nice (and new!) hotel in Pristina. Standard is very high and staff always keen to help you. Actually, it was the second time there and was a very good choice again

The hotel was very clean, the service excellent. The staff couldn't do enough to help us.

The only down side was the distance from the City, but it was only a 2 - 3 Euro taxi ride away.

Ate at a spot-on restaurant with a fireplace in the lobby. The hotel's warm and elegant design made me feel like a VIP. The staff was top-notch, making my stay truly memorable.

Just loved how far the hotel was from everything, made it feel like I was secluded in my own little world.

When we arrived outside the Nartel we were welcomed by a Manager and felt overwelcomed by the way he spoke English and couldn't do enough for us. When entering the Hotel it was absolutely amazing. So modern and well equipt. The attention to detail in the decore is fantastic and the cleanliness and style made me feel like we were in Las Vagas. The room we had was large abd had flat screen tv and a powerful shower. I have worked in the hotel industry for 15 years and I have yet to see such an amazing Hotel in a City. They have thought about everything a guest would need with high tech modern technology. The staff and owners are the icing on the cake. They are so friendly and will go out of their way to do anything for you at any time. We cant wait to return and stay there again. As its a new hotel I do hope they maintain their high standards as this is a breath taking place to stay. Thank you nartel
